St. Joseph's Young Priest's Society

St Joseph's is a society of lay people, founded by Olivia Taaffe in 1895, and approved by the Irish Episcopal conference. The purpose of the Society is to foster Vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

To assist financially in the education of students for the priesthood, also to promote the vocation of the laity to foster a greater understanding and love of the Holy Eucharist. The parish branch is no longer active.
